A 15-yard dumpster works well for medium-sized projects such as kitchen remodels, large room renovations, or small roof replacements. A 20-yard dumpster is ideal for larger renovations or home improvement projects. When unsure, it's advisable to choose a larger size to avoid potential overage fees. Most common debris types are permissible in our dumpsters. This includes construction materials such as wood, drywall, and roofing materials; household items like furniture and appliances (without freon); yard waste including branches and grass clippings; and general debris such as cardboard and non-hazardous trash. Renovation waste like cabinets and fixtures is also acceptable. Please note that weight restrictions may apply for heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, and roofing materials, depending on the dumpster size.

For safety reasons and to comply with regulations, certain items are not permitted in our dumpsters. These include hazardous materials such as asbestos, batteries, chemicals, electronics, flammable liquids, medical waste, paint, propane tanks, and tires. Our standard delivery timeframe is within 24-48 hours of booking. For urgent requirements, we often offer same-day delivery. We will provide you with a specific delivery window and contact you prior to arrival to confirm the timing.

Permit requirements typically depend on the dumpster's placement location. Generally, a permit is necessary if the dumpster will be situated on public property, such as a street or sidewalk. Placement on private property usually does not require a permit. Our team can assist you in determining if a permit is needed for your specific situation and guide you through the application process if required.

Our project commencement timeline varies based on the service required and the scope of the project. Dumpster delivery is typically completed within 24-48 hours of booking. For excavation and demolition projects, we usually schedule within a 1-2 week timeframe. We also offer emergency services for situations that require immediate attention.

We offer flexible rental periods to accommodate various project durations. Our standard options include a 2-3 day rental for quick projects and a 7-day rental for more extensive work. If you require additional time, we provide extensions for an extra daily fee. Our goal is to ensure you have access to the dumpster for the duration of your project.

The ideal location for dumpster placement is a flat, solid surface that provides sufficient clearance for our delivery truck. We require at least 60 feet of straight-line access. It's important to avoid soft ground, steep inclines, and areas with overhead obstructions such as power lines or tree branches to ensure safe and efficient delivery and pickup.
